Integrated Energy Healing (75mins)
Integrated Energy Healing is an adaptive therapeutic approach that works holistically to release blocks to health, happiness and personal wellbeing.
Rather than focusing on a problem from a single perspective or in isolation, this type of therapy can encourage a broader, more holistic point of view.
Treatment is structured but flexible and usually includes a chakra scan and rebalance, aura clearing, crystal work, and a hands-on 'energetic massage' to work through blockages that may be manifesting in the body and in one's life.
This healing work may draw unresolved emotions, fears, dreams and visions up to the surface for acknowledgement, healing and release and therefore has the potential to bring about incredible transformation and spiritual expansion.
3 sessions are recommended.

Reiki Healing (45mins)
Developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui of Japan, Reiki is a form of hands-on healing therapy that combines the use of touch and energy channeling to promote a sense of deep relaxation and healing. Reiki assists to clear the body of energetic blocks, allowing the energy to flow freely and for balance to be restored.
Reiki is believed to reinforce the body’s natural ability to heal itself at all levels, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
EFT Tapping (30 mins)
Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine.
The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognized around the world. One can use EFT tapping for anxiety, weight loss issues, pain, stress and many other issues.
Who I Am and What I Do
I have been practicing the spiritual arts for over 8 years and have completed certifications as an Advanced Kemetic Healer, Reiki Master, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Life Coach and Crystals Therapist.
I am passionate about the work I do in this space, emphasizing an alternate approach to addressing mind/body imbalances and enabling my clients to move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each person to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.
Having done this work for several years, I remain amazed at the incredible healing power that already exists within each of us, if only we take a moment to recognize and honor this wisdom.
